Walter Ayala es un Licenciado en Seguridad e Higiene, matriculado y egresado de la prestigiosa Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora. Desde el comienzo de su carrera, se ha destacado por su compromiso con la excelencia y la mejora continua, posicionándose como un profesional integral en la prevención de riesgos y la promoción de ambientes laborales seguros.

A lo largo de su carrera, Walter ha colaborado con destacadas constructoras, laboratorios y compañías del ámbito industrial, donde pudo aplicar su conocimiento y liderar importantes proyectos. Esta experiencia lo impulsó a dar un paso más y crear SegurLab, su propio emprendimiento profesional orientado a brindar soluciones integrales en Seguridad e Higiene.
